ABOUT ME

MY STORY

After graduating Hair school in Oklahoma, Alyse went through a tedious 18 month apprenticeship program where she learned to master hair. Since then, she has followed her various dreams in the industry bringing her to Boston, a Meca for hair in the US. Alyse is now a Goldwell Master Colorist. She trained at Bumble and Bumble in NYC for razor cutting. She is constantly taking classes and learning new techniques for the ever-changing world of hair (As well as inventing a few techniques of her own!) Alyse teaches new stylists about color all over the New England area. She is a smart and passionate local business owner with a commitment to Boston.

You can read my credentials and accomplishments, but what I really want you to know is my passion for helping people live their true authentic selves. That is my mission in life. Trust me, I grew up in a very conservative culture, and the journey to finally become my true self has been a long but rewarding one. I love living my most authentic life and how I choose to present myself is a big part of that. That’s honestly what got me into doing hair; it’s my little way of helping people live their best lives. Whether it be a gender affirming haircut, or just a plain ol bang trim, I have seen someone’s hair change their entire life. That is why I do what I do, because when we let our true colors shine, the world is a much more beautiful place.

“I am so obsessed with this haircut. I cannot even begin to tell you how much it has helped me feel so confident and comfy in my skin…I just feel like ME again.”
